Roy & Rossie in Vegas!
We set off on Friday at 5pm, after Roy finished his work.
Buttocks so sore and painful. Shifting them every 2 hours – doesn’t seems to help. Gosh. Slept throughout and stopped by Wells, Nevada for a short dinner break at Burger King. BK-flooded with 55 Singaporeans. Hahaha.
We know we are out of Idaho when we saw flashing Neon lights and Jackpot stations.
We reached Texas Station Gambling Hall & Hotel at 4.30am (central time). We had to move into another hotel (Palace Station) cos the manager of Texas made a booboo. We were so tired already and having to move all things to another hotel was not a joke.
But we got our first night stay free.. And we moved to Texas the 2nd night and receive complimentary food vouchers.
Here’s Texas Station! Further away from the main road.
And lotsa Jackpot stations and further down, there’s tables!
Rested for a while and the guys went to collect the rented cars.
We went for a Dim Sum session! Yummy. Craving never stops for Asian Cuisine!
Then we spent our whole day at the Las Vegas Premium Outlets!
There’s Kate Spade! Coach, Guess, AX, Bebe, Juicy Couture, etc. Rossie only bought a Kate Spade bag and wallet. Its going at 40% discount and we printed out coupons so we had additional 10%! So inviting rite? But nah, I resisted… Cos even I buy now, I wont get to use them too.
These are not ours! It’s the guys. Yah! They bought more stuffs than the 2 gals! Hahah. We were made to look after their stuffs while they continue shopping.
There’s Godiva and we went in. Then Roy chanced upon this cute heart chocolate and said,”You are my sweetheart!” hahha So all sugary!
I love it! 🙂
This chocolate blend is super duper yummy!!!!
After the intensive shopping, we went to have a yummy dinner!
There’s even dessert! Taste like home!!!
The next day, we went over to Caesar’s Palace for some more shopping!
This place is so pretty!!!
The guys drove to the classic Las Vegas sign for photo taking.
We are tourist so must take more photos
Thereafter, we went to Town Square for more and more shopping!!!
Godiva again 🙂
There’s this Guitar store! And Roy was so fascinated by the equipments and sound system inside. This must be his fav photo! 🙂
The Coca Cola store!
What we bought! 🙂
Next to it was the M&M’s Store
See the different rainbow colours!!!!
Love this cute poster along the escalator.
After the shopping, we went to Stratosphere! It’s 109 storeys high and we could see the whole of Vegas! There were rides available and we went for it 🙂
After the fun, we wanted to have Japanese Buffet dinner. But it’s late and closes at 930 pm!
-duh-
so we decided to just go to Penang Malaysia again (we went the day before).
Roy called and the lady told us they closes at 11pm. So great we rushed to Chinatown again.
I was super hungry and I asked Roy to make the order first! hahah So hungry leh!
Abit embarassing but well, we can eat the moment we reached!
And after that, we received complimentary Ice Kachang! Yippee!
But by then, we were too full to finish that!
The next day, we checked out and at the very last 10 mins, I took a $5 note to try my luck at one of the Jackpot machines. Actually, my intention was to spend all of it cos I didn’t expect to win. But who knows when I was in a rush, I had my last try and won $10! Hahahah.

Has been reading your blog quite a while. Am planning for a US trip next year. Some questions to ask, are the food and accomodation expensive? =)

Hello erniemeanie!
You planning a trip to Vegas or where?
Food is generally $8-$10 per person (USD) if having chinese. And the serving is real big! Roy and I usually share but when we dun, we will usually ask for box to takeaway
But for fast food, its abt $5 plus have Mac, BK, Jack in the box (yummy), Wendy’s, Arby, etc.
All not too bad but not for daily consumption. hahaha
Accomodation for the one we stayed in Texas Station is around $28 but not convenient. Won’t recommend unless you driving.
Accomadation is relatively ok.
As for shopping things are relatively cheap. Can chiong all Factory/ Premium Outlets save more!!!
But if you going need to check their webby got coupons can save more!!!
I am one lonely housewife in Mountain Home hahah Seldom go travel one. But we are planning one next year to Vegas, Portland, San Frans etc. (road trip maybe)
Add me msn: princessdewdrops@hotmail.com if you need more help or need me to find out anything 🙂
Would be gladly to help 😀
