The Eve Soft Band can be bought at Evita Peroni! But I think very expensive so I got mine at Catus and Pine at only $2.50!

Here are the details of instructions:

It says:
1. Gather your hair into a ponytail.
2. Back comb your hair with a metal comb. Then Lossen the front part of your hair by pressing it foward towards your face.
3. Gather all the hair in the ponytail into a loose bun and secure it with hairpins. (I use U pins for this cos my hair length very uneven. This is Taiwanese *wan zhi tou*) Then add the tiny bands.
